Jose Andres

If you didn't see 60 Minutes last night...well, you missed out on a great segment Anderson Cooper did with Jose Andres. But don't worry! You can watch it here! If you have a few minutes, it's well worth it. Andres is culinary star and a self-described "American chef who was trained in Spain." He is at the forefront of molecular gastronomy, and since opening his first restaurant, Jaleo, in Washington DC almost 20 years ago now has several restaurants all over the country. I'll add his restaurants to my ever-growing list of places where I hope to eat one day.... He serves up some pretty cool stuff to AC, including deconstructed New England clam chowder, a mojito ball (I can't think of any other way to describe it...you'll see), and caramel corn dipped in liquid nitrogen.
