Sometimes, I like to ask Peter "what three foods would you want for the rest of your life if you were stranded on a desert island?" Because I want to hear what he says. And, because I want him to ask me what my three foods would be. It's a big decision...lots of things to take into consideration. First of all, what is a desert island? Do they really even exist? No sweets? Boys just don't care as much about sugar as girls. These discussions really turn serious. Phrases such as "I don't think you would want saffron every day for the rest of your life" and "Ugh, why do you make me choose?" are uttered. So what are my current choices?
- lobster roll (made with Lanney's mom's lobster salad. Hi Lanney!)
- strawberry shortcake from Pastis
