If you were stranded on a desert island...

Sometimes, I like to ask Peter "what three foods would you want for the rest of your life if you were stranded on a desert island?" Because I want to hear what he says. And, because I want him to ask me what my three foods would be. It's a big decision...lots of things to take into consideration. First of all, what is a desert island? Do they really even exist? This is what Google thinks a desert island looks like:

I wouldn't mind living there. I also wouldn't mind living on a DESSERT island. Anyway, the last time we played this game my answer was: roast chicken, fruit salad, and warm chocolate chip cookies. Today, Peter's three foods are:
No sweets? Boys just don't care as much about sugar as girls. These discussions really turn serious. Phrases such as "I don't think you would want saffron every day for the rest of your life" and "Ugh, why do you make me choose?" are uttered. So what are my current choices?
  • lobster roll (made with Lanney's mom's lobster salad. Hi Lanney!)
  • strawberry shortcake from Pastis
  • Can I say a cheese plate? Or does that count as more than one thing? If I have to pick one, d'Affinois.
So, what three foods would YOU choose? Please leave comments! Does anyone read this thing? Bueller? Bueller?

  4. Definitely ice cream, then eggplant parm and rye bread. Of course I wouldn't be gluten free and the sun would shine every day.
